8/20/09-THIS SUMMER!?- Cody
Wow. What an insane summer this has been. Productive, Adventurous, and Promising. Unfortunately we got a little too wrapped up in all of the excitement to give you guys a nice full update to let you know what is happening and what is in store for SCHMITT STASH.

I'd like to start off by thanking you guys for your incredible support this summer. We participated in the Central MN Battle of the Bands in the great city of St. Cloud in early July. I was very glad to see some familiar faces so far away from home and can't thank you enough. Even though we didn't take home any gold, prizes, or bragging rights, we still had a great time playing for a new audience at The Rox.

We also had the chance to play the Chatfield Western Days Battle of the Bands with Crimson Gates and the Wildebeest. What a phenomenal night! Two very great bands that tore the stage up and got the dance floor moving. We were very pleased and excited about the great turnout. It's always a great opportunity to play for new people in new places. We absolutely loved it. and It doesn't hurt that we placed first among two very amazing live acts.

Now I know some of you are upset, but there is still time to catch SCHMITT STASH before school swings in. This Saturday, SCHMITT STASH is playing an all-acoustic show with THE CIRCUIT at Midwest Skate Park. It is also possible that we may be making a few last minute back-to-school performances so be sure to keep checking back.

We are now in the process of writing new material and seeing where this band is going to go. I'm personally very excited about this new stuff and can't wait for you all to hear it! We hope to be recording and performing this new material soon.

7/3/09 - NEW WEBSITE- Cody.
Ladies and Gentlemen, I would like to announce the long over-due release of the Official Schmitt Stash Web Site! We are currently planning on what looks like very exciting year for Schmitt Stash. We are working on writting and learning new material that we are very excited to debut for you guys, along with many other goodies that we'll announce in the future.

We hope this website will become a great outlet for anything Schmitt Stash! Feel free to send any videos, photos, fan art, or anything else to us and hopefully it will end up on the site.
